Have a seat in a comfortable upright position. Identify a species in nature that is native to the place you are.
Now focus on your senses: smell, taste, sight, hearing and sensation. Discover your "friend" from nature. After a while, notice your breath, without changing it. After another while, imagine that you breath in the same rhythm as the species you have chosen.
